A six-month executive coaching program for senior leaders whose own behaviour is holding performance back. Diagnostic-led: the Ground Truth Index runs first, followed by a multi-rater 360 assessment, a development plan built on what the diagnosis reveals, biweekly coaching sessions, and a measured close.
